How do I order?
  1. Select the ringtone, java game, logo etc. you want
    Browse the catalogue or use the search features to explore our extensive collection of ringtones, java games, logos and picture messages. Once your chosen item is visible, click on the BUY button.
  2. Send the SMS or call the phone number
    Text the unique order code to 80808 - check your text as errors can't be corrected afterwards, or
    Call 0906 661 0041 and follow the voice prompts. When prompted enter the order code and the mobile number. You are guided at each stage by an easy to follow voice prompt. If you get stuck or get something wrong, you will be given the opportunity to change your entry at any time during the call. Once you have completed the call - your order will be sent out and you will receive your order via SMS with the appropriate prompt appearing (i.e. Ringtone Received or Operator Logo received etc).
My order has not arrived !
We are sorry if you have not received your order within your expectations. However, this may be due to delays on the SMS network, which are beyond our control. There could be other delays caused by delays on our system or your entering the incorrect mobile number or network. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours from the time of ordering before contacting us. 98% of all orders are delivered in less than a minute. If you believe your order has gone astray, please contact us by phone, as above. If we still cannot deliver your order to you, we will issue a full refund.
 
My Network is not listed !
We have listed all the networks we can successfully send SMS to. If your network is not listed, it is because we are not currently able to deliver items through that network. However, we are constantly updating and we would recommend that you check again later.
I want a refund !
Refunds are issued by the supplier and not by the publisher of the web site, under the following terms:
  • They will issue a full refund:
    • If they fail to deliver an order due to an error on their part and the order has not left their systems
  • They will issue a partial refund:
    • If they have overcharged you
  • They cannot issue refunds for:
    • Mistakes made during ordering (including, but not limited to: incorrect telephone number; phone type; network or the wrong item being ordered);
    • Items that you dislike once received (all items have a preview before ordering);
    • Items ordered twice.
